Cancellation Policy
I charge a 40% cancellation fee for 48 hours ahead of time, I charge a 50% fee for 24 hours ahead of time, and I charge 100% fee for no-shows or same-day cancellations
If you are more than 10 minutes late for a nail appointment, that will be considered a no-show and will need to be rescheduled and if you are more than five minutes late for a wax appointment, that will be a no-show and will have to be rescheduled
